Do you have a showroom that I can visit!
Yes, we sure do! Our studio is located in Glenmore Park, NSW & you are welcome to make an appointment to view our range first hand.

What forms of payment do you take?
Direct Deposit is our preferred method of payment.
Credit Card – You can also pay via Paypal with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. This payment method will incur a 3% surcharge.

When should I place my order?
We suggest placing your order 3-4 months before your Wedding date to give adequate time for artworks set up and approval.

Can we still place an order with you if we live outside of Sydney or Australia?
Yes, absolutely! We have had the pleasure of working with clients not only interstate but from all parts of the world.. America, New Zealand, Canada, England and Switzerland just to name a few! Feel free to email us at vera@lushinvitations.com.au

When should I post my wedding invitations?
We recommend that your guests receive their invitations 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding.

Can I order a sample?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that sometimes photos just aren’t enough. You want to see the colours and feel the different textures before you place your order.
Please email us at vera@lushinvitations.com.au and let us know which invitation you would like and any colour changes.
PLEASE NOTE: During peak wedding season we may not be able to offer samples. All samples are printed with generic names and text. Invitation samples are $25 each including postage!

Can you print the invitations in another language?
Yes! We can print in any language you require.

Can you print guest names onto my invitations & envelopes?
Yes! All of our prices include guest name printing inside the invitations and addressing the envelopes.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes we do have a minimum order quantity of 30 invitations.

How long does it take to receive our invitations once we place our order?
It takes 5 weeks to assemble the invitations once you have approved the artwork and the final balance has been cleared our account. Please allow an additional 1 week for postage within Australia.

Can we make colour changes to your invitations?
Absolutely! All of our designs can be altered to match any colour theme. If you have a specific colour/swatch, post it to us and will match it as close as possible.

Can we change the fonts?
Yes! We will email you a font list to choose from once you have placed your order.

Should I order extra Invitations?
Yes! We recommend you order 5 extra invitations without guest names to allow for any last minute guests where you can hand write their names inside the invitations.
